I’ve been coming here for a while to purchase their white whipped shea butter that I use for my baby’s skin and hair. I always get the bigger tub, which is 16oz for 16.99. I came in to get another tub recently as this is usually a monthly purchase. They did not have the big tub, but they had smaller tubs that were 8oz for 12.99. The lady working said they were suppose to get a shipment of the big ones but they didn’t come in and she doesn’t know when. I kindly asked if there was anything she could do if i took two 8oz tubs, as it would be  very silly for me to pay 12.99 for half the size I normally always get! I asked to speak with a manager as it’s not fair for me to pay $4 less than what I normally pay for half the amount because they don’t have the product!  The manager didn’t care and didn’t want to accommodate me in anyway. I am very disappointed as their shea butter mixed very nicely with my daughter’s skin, but unfortunately they lost a customer!
