• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund for online purchases. You can only exchange your in-store purchases at the store, we do not allow exchanges on online purchases. 
  • All Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returned items found to be used, damaged, not in their original state, or not in resalable condition will NOT be processed.
  • Item and its packaging should not be tampered with in any way (No tearing, no bending, no untying, and no removing of any material included in the original packaging) for your return to be processed.
  • The receipt must be presented in order for the item to be refunded or exchanged. A refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
  • Hair Selection does not offer price adjustments for any product.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:


  1. Items that could be worn (Wigs, Ponytails, Buns, Clip-in Hair, Wig caps, etc.)
  2. Jewellery
  3. Items on sale or on promotion (ex. display wigs)
  4. Unsealed Items
  5. Cosmetics & tools (lipsticks, foundations, brushes, scissors, etc.)

 

  • Hair Selection wants to assure our customers receive items that are brand new. The above items are not eligible for a return due to hygienic issues.

 

Hair Tools with Warranty

  • Hair tools, such as irons and dryers, can be returned for an exchange within the warranted time if there is a manufacturer’s defect. An original cash register receipt is required to process the exchange.
  • Hair Selection reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Items purchased online must be returned by mail within 14 calendar days from the receipt date indicated on the delivery service tracking system. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your returns unless the wrong item was sent in error. 
  • If you receive the wrong item, you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to notify us.
